GET ENOUGH REST

After daily activities, your body need to rest and recover in order to work at maximum efficiency in all things (including fat burning) If you don't sleep not only won't you feel good, your body will not function well. Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per day.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

This is highly essential to your weight loss journey and by far the most easiest. Drinking water helps wash away waste from your body and ensures that your internals are clean.

Take at least 2 litres of water (8 Cups) per day and alot more to help you start your weight loss.
